Huella y Aroma

Huella y Aroma is a specialty coffee shop in Lima with a strong focus on Peruvian coffee. With three locations across San Borja and Surco, its concept goes beyond serving good coffee, aiming to promote local coffee culture through origins, brewing methods, and curated experiences.

The location at Av. San Luis 2516, San Borja offers a warm and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for enjoying coffee at a slower pace. During the visit, Edith, owner of Huella y Aroma, shared the vision behind the project and her commitment to highlighting coffees of Peruvian origin.

Huella y Aroma works with five Peruvian coffee origins, including Cusco, Cajamarca, and Ayacucho, offering a range of flavor profiles and a welcoming approach that encourages guests to learn more about each coffee.

One highlight of the project is the upcoming cold brew workshop planned for the summer season, an excellent opportunity to explore this brewing method and discover new ways to enjoy coffee.

In addition to coffee, the menu includes pastries and light food options, thoughtfully designed to complement the coffee experience without overshadowing it.
