Sunqu, Centro de Lima

Sunqu is a specialty coffee shop focused on Peruvian coffees, located in the heart of Lima’s Historic Center. The space is small and cozy: the first floor offers an intimate atmosphere, not suitable for large groups, while the second floor can accommodate small meetings, always maintaining a sense of comfort and calm. The temperature is pleasantly controlled by air conditioning, which isn’t too strong, allowing visitors to enjoy the moment in ease.

The atmosphere is one of the shop’s strongest points. Classical and calm music creates a space where it’s easy to have a conversation or focus, making the experience relaxed and welcoming. Every detail contributes to a sense of comfort.

Coffee is the main attraction, with a clear focus on Peruvian regional beans. Each drink highlights different flavor profiles depending on the origin of the beans and the brewing method.

For food, the visit included a cheesecake with red fruits, and for drinks, a strawberry juice, a papaya juice, and an affogato. Presentation is classic and unpretentious: fresh juices, a well-balanced dessert, and the affogato served simply but effectively. Everything contributes to a pleasant and calm experience, where each drink and detail can be enjoyed at leisure.

Sunqu combines quality coffee with a comfortable, calm, and thoughtfully designed environment. Every element of the space—from the music to the temperature and layout—invites visitors to enjoy both the coffee and the surroundings with attention and ease, creating a cozy spot right in the center of Lima.
